To improve the efficiency electronic devices, we offer thermally conductive materials.
Even a well-made radiator contacts the cooled electronic component on less than 10% of the surface. The remaining part of the surface is made up by air gaps. As a result, good heat transmission from the electronic element is impossible and the efficiency of the component is lowered. The thermally conductive materials on our offer are supposed to fill in the air gaps and improve the heat transmission to the radiator.
We offer the following thermally conductive materials:
- greases and flexible thermally conductive foils (Gap Fillers),
- thermally conductive materials changing their phase under the influence of temperature (Phase Change Materials),
- thermally conductive greases based on silicone,
- electrically insulating and thermally conductive foils,
- thermally and electrically conductive foils,
- thermally conductive laminates.
