We offer precision resistors manufactured in the planar and welding technology.
Planar technology consists in electrochemical etching of resistors from foil made of resistant materials which is applied on the electroinsulating film, which, in turn, is applied on metal substrate. This substrate removes heat well.
Welding technology consists in electron beam welding of fittings from resistant materials with the connecting elements made of copper.
These technologies complement each other and allow manufacture of resistors in the range from 2 µΩ to 470 Ω.
Precision resistors manufactured in this way guarantee:
- high power by small size,
- low inductance,
- low temperature coefficient of resistance,
- high stability in time,
- high pulse and permanent load,
- high resistance tolerance,
- low thermoelectric voltage against copper.
Precision resistors are used in:
- automotive (ABS, ASR, power steering, ignition, lighting, etc.),
- power supplies and DC/DC, AC/DC converters,
- automation, measurement and control devices,
- electric drives,
- electric energy meters,
- medical equipment,
- household equipment, etc.
